Alive. Now What? No! Now Walk!

OK, I'm just going to jump in on this one. Galatians 5:25 says, "We live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit" (AMP). We are alive because of the Spirit - alive in Christ. This statement in Galatians is not an action to be taken; it's just the truth. We do not (cannot) be alive in Christ without the Spirit. The next part of that verse gives the action to be taken - WALK. Where? When? How far? How long?
Now, I don't want to complicate the issue, but look at Acts 16:6-10 (I'll have it at the end). What explanation is there for these guys? If that would have been me, I probably would have been extremely irritated. I don't sense that from the verses. There's a great lesson in this. Let me hear your thoughts. We'll talk later. See ya'.

Acts 16:6-10
Paul and Silas traveled through the area of Phrygia and Galatia, because the Holy Spirit had told them not to go into the province of Asia at that time. 7 Then coming to the borders of Mysia, they headed for the province of Bithynia, but again the Spirit of Jesus did not let them go. 8 So instead, they went on through Mysia to the city of Troas.
9 That night Paul had a vision. He saw a man from Macedonia in northern Greece, pleading with him, "Come over here and help us." 10 So we decided to leave for Macedonia at once, for we could only conclude that God was calling us to preach the Good News there.
